Tenants

We all know how stressful moving can be, but we are here to assist you every step of the way, to try and reduce the stress levels as much as we can. We will:

  • We will arrange a viewing on the property you are interested in. 

  • We will show you around the property, this will be done by someone who is familiar with the details and will be able to answer any questions that you may have. If we don't know, we will find out for you. 

  • Should you decide to rent the property, we will ask for a financial commitment to start the process . When this is received, we will take the property off the market and cancel any other planned viewings. 

  • We will provide you with an application form and a copy of our terms and conditions. 

  • Upon receipt of the completed forms, we will conduct our referencing, if there are any issues, we will contact you to try and resolve these.

  • Subject to receipt of satisfactory references, we will arrange the tenancy signing, payment of deposit and the first month’s rent in advance. We can then arrange a mutually convenient time and date for you to move in to your new property. 

  • After signing the agreements, you will normally be given a key to the property and we recommend that before you move in, you should contact and register with all utility providers and read the meters to the property and make sure that you check the inventory.
